Refund Policy

At Recruitfy, we strive to ensure that our services meet your expectations. As a digital recruitment platform offering job postings, candidate database access, and other online services, our refund policy is as follows:
– Non-Tangible Services: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases made on Recruitfy are non-refundable once services have been rendered or accessed.
– Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel a recurring subscription before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. However, we do not refund partial periods.
– Billing Errors: If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 calendar days. Verified billing errors will be corrected with a full refund or account credit.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 1 October 2025
Recruitfy provides digital services and therefore no physical delivery is applicable. Upon successful payment:
– Access to digital products such as job listings, CV databases, or subscription services will be granted immediately or within 2 hours.
– A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration or purchase.

Return Policy

As a provider of digital recruitment services, Recruitfy does not offer returns for services already accessed or delivered electronically.
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed or have not received the services purchased, please notify us within 7 days to investigate.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

These policies and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Cancellation Policy

– For Employers: Subscription or job post cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel via your dashboard or by emailing [support@recruitfy.co.za].
– For Job Seekers: You may deactivate or delete your profile at any time through your account settings.
– No Refund on Cancellation: Cancellations do not result in retroactive refunds unless legally required.
