- Campaign Foundations: Assist in translating client briefs into clear, inspiring strategic frameworks, target audience personas, and consumer journey maps.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the digital and data teams to review campaign performance metrics, helping to evaluate what worked and how future strategies can be optimized.
2. Pitch Support & Fresh Thinking
- Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, culturally relevant, and digitally native ideas to new business pitches.
- Deck Building: Assist in structuring and designing compelling pitch presentations and strategy decks that tell a clear, persuasive brand story.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on emerging digital, social, and cultural trends (particularly within the South African landscape) to ensure our pitch concepts remain innovative.
3. Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of strategy documents, research libraries, workshop notes, and competitor trackers.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate smoothly with account management, creative, and media teams to ensure strategic deliverables stay on schedule.
- Internal Alignment: Assist in preparing status reports, meeting agendas, and briefing templates for internal and client-facing syncs.
